About Russia Pavilion
Take in the grandeur and majesty of the Mikhailo-Arkhangel’skiy Kafedral’nyy Sobor Palace in Izhevsk, an incredible complex of palaces and towers, that was integral to the landscape in the old days. The structure reaches nearly 70 metres tall, boasts five gilded domes, projects murals and mosaic icons. The walls and ceiling are a dramatic canvas on which are depicted original Renaissance, High Baroque, and Rococo-style paintings that are a tribute to the human spirit.
