Emaar Properties Station: Setting a World Record
Slated to become the world’s tallest metro station at 74 metres, Emaar Properties Station is a marvel of modern architecture and functionality.
- Architects: Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), known for the Burj Khalifa and One World Trade Center
- Design Concept: “Crossing Gateway” – symbolizing movement and transformation
- Materials: Premium Jura limestone, bronze, granite, and glass to combine luxury with sustainability
Dubai Metro Blue Line: Expanding the Future of Transit
The new 30-kilometre Blue Line will feature 14 stations (9 elevated and 5 underground), directly connecting with the existing Red and Green Lines at:
- Centrepoint
- Creek
- International City 1

- Opening date: September 9, 2029 — commemorating the 20th anniversary of Dubai Metro
