When you fly with iFLY Dubai, you’re in safe hands. Our instructors are all highly experienced sportsmen and sportswomen who are fully trained in operating our equipment. Nothing matters more to us than your safety, so our professional team is always there to provide a one-to-one experience which is safe as well as thrilling.

Experience skydiving with a difference at iFly Dubai without actually jumping off a real plane in the midst of a clear sky. Every jumper gets to fly as high as four meters in an AC tunnel which keeps one in the comfort, as well as lets one experience this ecstasy.

A trainer is always around to guide one through this process, explain the things you can do when, not in gravity, and also help you realize if you can actually go for the real skydiving. To be completely prepared for this flight, one needs to watch the video played outside this acrylic wind tunnel, and also sign a Waiver Form.

BEFORE ARRIVAL

Be sure to book your tickets online, because we can get very busy. Make sure you’re dressed in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing but wear something warm – it can get very chilly in the wind tunnel! To speed things up you should read your waiver form before you arrive, and sign it at our desk counter, which will shorten the time you have to spend queuing.

Make sure to arrive 1 hour before your booking time.

AT ARRIVAL

You should aim to arrive an hour before your scheduled flight because it can take a while to get into the flying gear you’ll need to wear. Hand over your waiver form and sign when you get here, and we’ll see you’re all kitted out and ready to fly. Before you take to the tunnel, you will be given a training session to teach you the hand signals we use when flying.

FLIGHT TIME

Enjoy a one-to-one or group coaching session in the wind tunnel, as you take to the skies four metres above the ground for a controlled descent. Always listen to the instructions from your tutor to get the most from your experience and stay safe.

AFTER YOU FLY

After your flight, you’ll have time to take off your flying gear and return it to the team. We also have a souvenir shop where you can pick up iFLY t-shirts and helmets to commemorate your flight. There’s even a chance to get photo prints or a video of the experience, so you can relive the memory! You might even decide to book another session with us then and there.

FAQ

FAQ
Who can fly?

We welcome flyers of all ages and abilities! As long as you’re reasonably fit and healthy you can prepare for take-off, although we do ask you check the list of criteria below before you book. Helping you achieve the dream of flight is always our goal, so we’ll do everything we can to make that dream a reality!

Do i have to do the training session?

We ask all first-time flyers to undertake the initial training session, as it sets you up with the basic skills you’ll need. There’s lots of useful pre-flight information included which will help improve your flying posture and enable you to get the most from your experience with us. If you’ve completed at least one flight within the past three months then you don’t need to do the training session again and can simply book as a Return Flyer.

What should I wear?

iFLY Dubai has set a number of new boundaries in the vertical wind tunnel industry. We are the world's first double vertical wind tunnel. We are the first tunnel to attach itself to a mall. Our unique design also includes being raised 3 meters in the air which will give you a bird's-eye-view over Magic Planet!.

Is it safe?

Completely. Your safety is our number on priority, and our highly-trained and certified instructors will see you have a safe and enjoyable experience. The instructor will be with you the entire time you are in the wind tunnel, however experienced you might be.

Can I take a camera on my flight?

Unfortunately, we can’t allow flyers to take cameras in with them for security reasons, including GoPro cameras with suitable attachments. The good news is we take our own high-quality photos and videos, so you can still get the chance to share your flight with friends and family.
