Precautionary Measures
Precautionary measures and sickness management protocols are diligently adhered to by colleagues and all staff working at the parks.
Guests are required to declare pre-existing health conditions upfront at the Guest Services before entering the park.
Tables, seats, counters, lockers and queues are arranged and marked accordingly for guidance.
We clean more frequently in high contact areas such as handrails, benches, tables, handles, restrooms etc.
Hand sanitizing stations are available at strategic locations across the park. As a safety precaution it is also advised to carry your personal sanitizer.
For any sign or symptom of sickness, guests should immediately report to Guest Services where they will be attended to by qualified health and safety personnel.

A few tips for having fun and staying safe
Wear a medically approved face mask
Maintain a distance of 2 meters from other guests and staff at all times
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Wear UV protective sunglasses and a hat or cap for blocking the sun.
Apply sunscreen that protects against both UVA & UVB rays.
Hydrate before you get going and before you get thirsty.
Children up to the age of 13 should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Make sure your child/children know how to contact you if they get lost.
Designate a meeting place and time, just in case anyone gets separated for any reason.

What is the best time to visit Motiongate Dubai?
The months between November to March is the best time to schedule your visit to Motiongate Dubai. It will take approximately 4 to 5 hours to wind up your entire tour here. Since the place is fully air conditioned, you can enjoy it at any time of the day.
How much time is required in Motiongate?
On Thursday and Friday, it opens at 11 am and closes its doors at 9 pm while from Saturday to Wednesday, the timings for Motiongate Park in Dubai remain from 11 am to 8 pm. Motiongate Park is a huge park, so an average duration needed to cover all the attractions here is 8 to 9 hours.
What to expect in Motiongate Dubai?
There are five zones at Motiongate Dubai, three of which are reserved for the three biggest motion picture companies in Hollywood. At Columbia Pictures, enjoy seven activities that include a water ride, coasters, and interactive ghost shows.
Is food allowed in Motiongate Dubai?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park. Motiongate is a smoke free theme park. Pets are not allowed in the park except for special cases such as service animals.
