The registered patron is the only person authorised to collect tickets purchased online. If the registered patron is unable to attend an event and is authorising for another person to collect the tickets on their behalf, they must complete a Letter of Authorisation which can be obtained by emailing [email protected]. This must be pre-arranged prior to the show.
I selected to collect my tickets from the Box Office, what identification do I need to pick these tickets up?
To collect your tickets, the purchaser of the tickets must be present the following at the Box office

Credit Card used to purchase tickets

If I select Print At Home or Mobile Tickets, do I need to come to the Box Office to swap these for a ticket?
No, your print at home or mobile tickets are valid for entry. Simply present these to the ushers scanning tickets upon entry to the Venue. No need for you to visit the box office!
