There are a fort and a number of galleries which portray the rich culture of the land. The Al Faidi fort is the most important part of the Dubai museum as it bears testimony to the rich historical past of the culture of Dubai filled with Asian and African artefacts.

Entrance to the Dubai Museum at Al Fahidi Fort is AED 3 for adults and AED 1 for children (under the age of 6). Guidance for tourists is available at no extra cost. The surrounding area is well worth a visit and it costs nothing to just stroll around the Al Fahidi Historical District.
