For the first time ever, The Temple—a celebrated Dubai-based underground music venue and collective—will take the stage in the capital, showcasing the very best of the UAE’s genre-bending, multicultural music scene.
What Is The Temple?
Originally hidden in the warehouse district of Al Quoz, Dubai, The Temple has earned a reputation as one of the UAE’s most dynamic underground music hubs. Known for its improvisational, genre-blending performances, the venue brings together seasoned musicians from across the region in an intimate, collaborative space.
The Temple in Abu Dhabi is curated by Ratish Chadha, a prominent drummer and cultural connector, whose past work with NOON and Abri & the Everlasting helped shape the UAE’s progressive music landscape.
A Night of Multilingual, Cross-Cultural Music Fusion
This one-night-only performance promises an electric mix of Jazz, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Afro-Funk, Oriental Fusion, and experimental music. Expect to hear performances in Arabic, Spanish, and English, with instrumentation that bridges tradition and innovation—ouds and sitars meet synths and electric guitars.
